This Indenture made this 20th day of August in the year of our lord 1828 Between John W. Bullock of the County of Mercer and State of Kentucky of the one part and William G. Bulock and Rawleigh Bullock of the County of Mason and State aforesaid of the other part.  Witnesseth that the said John W. Bullock for and in Consideration of the sum of one Dollar to me in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has given granted Bargained and sold and By these presents doth give grant, Bargain sell alien and Confirm unto them the said Willliam G. Bullock and Rawleigh Bullock all the estate rights title and interest of the sd John W. Bullock of in and to 750 acres of land situate lying and being in the County of Barren on the waters of Scaggs Creek and Bounded as follows “towit”:  Beginning at a Beech standing on the Baank of sd Creek  marked with letters WGB thence S 40 W to White Oak and Dogwood corner to 1st survey thence S 43 E so far that a line paralel with the lower line and extending across sd Creek will include the said 750 acres excepting this from the two hundred acres conveyed to the sd William G. Bullock Rawleigh Bullock and John W. Bullock By David Bullock by Deed baring date the 17th day of January 1825.  To have and to hold the premises hereby conveyed together with all and [?] appurtenances thereunto belonging or anywise appurtaining to the only proper use benefit and Behooves of them the said William G. Bullock and Rawleigh Bullock and their Heirs forever and the said John W. Bullock covenants to warrant and forever defend the premises hereby conveyes from himself and his Heirs and all persons claiming by, through or under him the sd John W. Bullock but from the Claims or Claims of another person or persons whatsoever…

 State of Kentucky Mason County

I Marshall Key Clerk of the County Court foresaid County, Certify that this deed of conveyance is from John W. Bullock to William G. Bullock and Rawley W. Bullock was this day produced in y Office and acknowledged by the sd John W. Bullock to be his act and Deed for the purpose therein mentioned and thence is Certified to the proper Office for record.  Given under my hand this 23d day of August 1827

 Barren County Kentucky Towit:

I William Logan Clerk of the County Court for the County aforesaid to Certofu tjat the within and foregoing Deed of Conveyance from John w. Bullock to William G. Bullock and Rawleigh Bullock with the Certificate of acknowledgement certification [?] was produced to me in my Office and by virtue of said Certificate the aforesaid Deed of Conveyance and Certificate together with this Certificate hath been duly admited to Record in sd Office.  Given under my hand this 20th day of August 1828
