Deed: to Richard Bullock, 1668, New Kent Co. VA

To all &c. where as &c. Now know ye that I the said Sir John Berkeley knt.
Governor &c. give and grant unto Richard Bullock one hundred acres of Land
lying on the South side of york River in New Kent County beginning at a head
of a branch of Muschimine at a marker Ginn? thence N. E. by E. Dly 40 poles
to a hickory thence E. S. E. 1/2 Dly 80 poles to a red oak thence S. by E:
180 poles to a hickory thence S. W. by S. Dly. 146 poles to a white oak (thence
west 30 poles) thence N. & E: 200 poles to a hickory thence N. W. by N. 280
poles to the first station whence it first began being bounded all round by
Marker trees. The Said Land being due by and for the Trans of two persons &c.
To have and to hold &c. To be held &c. yielding and paying &c. Provided &c.
