Deed of Gift, Sept. 25, 1758: Richard Bullock, of Gr. Co., and Henry VanDyche, ?of Lunenburg County in Virginia?, conveys, for love and affection to grandchildren of the former, and the children of the latter, viz: John, David and Anne VanDyck, negro woman ?Hannah?, and negro girls ?Dill? and ?Amia?, to be div. bet. them when John becomes 21 years of age in 1770.

Richard Bullock, of Gr. Co. Will, dated Oct 27, 1764, probated Nov Ct 1766 . To daughter Sarah Sims 1 shilling sterling; (2) to Henry Vandych 1 shilling; (3) to daughter Agnes Williams 1 shilling; (4) to son Zachariah 1 shilling; (5) to son William 1 shilling; (6) to son John 1 shilling; (7) to daughter Susanna Sims 1 shilling; (8) to grandaughter Ann Vandych sundry personalty; (9) to grandson Zachariah Nuckolls, sundry personalty; (10) to daughter Aggatha Nuckolls 1 shilling; (11) ?my land on Ellibies C reek in Orange County? to be sold to pay part of his debts and his land and plantation whereon he now lives with all other property after payment of debts given his wife during her life; (12) to son Nathaniel, after death of wife of test., the land and plantation test. now lives on; (13) at his wife?s death all property not otherwise devised bequeathed equally ?to my two youngest sons? To son William 500A. ?Beginning where my lower line crosses Great Nutbush Creek thence joining Hargroves lines Bullocks line or lines and Vandikes to the head of a Branch cali?d the long ranch thence down the same to reedy branch thence down the reedy branch as it meanders to great Nutbush Creek and thence down the same as it meanders to the first Station?, also 1 negro, and some personalty (under 16 rs); (20 to Frances keeling 100 A. on north side of Reedy branch ?to include the plantation where Agness Keeling did live?, said land to be in square form; (3) lends to James Wade Sr. and Dorothy his wife during their lives the use of 50 A. joining Robert Mitchell?s line to be in square form and to include the plantation whereon said Wade now lives; (4) to son Elisha 600 A. lying on the Long and Reedy branches, and adjoing lines of Mitchell, and Frances Keeling, also 1 negro, ?all my smith tools? and some other personalty: (5) ? to the Child that my wife is pregnant with? the lands he bought of Nathaniel Bullock, but if it die before age or marriage then said land is to be divided bet. all children ot test.; (6) to dauts Agnes, Dorcas and Sally 1 Negro each; (7) to son Leonard his mill, but sons Elisha and William are to ?have their grain ground toll free at the same?; 98) to ?the rest of my children/ to wit, Susanna, Mary & likewise Lucretia Sims & the infant to be born each of them a feather bed & furniture?; (9) lends to wife Sarah during life. 4 Negroes; (10) ?
